After starting out as a design firm in her home in January 2015, Lori moved her business to a fun little house in Vilonia and created a boutique with special style. She has now moved once again – this time to a building she constructed from the ground up right in the middle of town. Her motivation for owning this type of business? The people!

“I love meeting new people, visiting and becoming friends! I have sweet customers that love on me like family. Faulkner County is the absolute best place to have a small business,” she says. “I am super personable (or at least I think I am). I love seeing people happy in their skin, and clothing and accessories can help with that! I always try to be available for my customers when needed.”

At Harwells, you can always find the most-up-to-date and popular styles. Lori said she attends markets in different areas to shop for just the perfect styles to sell in her hometown store. “All the old retro styles are making a comeback now. Bell bottoms, cropped sweaters, corduroy blazers and fun hats!,” she said.

Because the Vilonia community has given so much to her over the years, Lori is dedicated to helping with projects that benefit others in her area. “I love donating within our community. We just finished up a project with a few other businesses in town where we were able to donate to our local schools. I am on the Boys and Girls Club of Faulkner County as well and love being involved!”

At Harwells, you will definitely find positive vibes throughout the boutique. “I want to always leave someone or something better than when I found it/them! I love helping others and making them smile,” said Lori. “We are confident that we can help anyone dress their best. We believe in putting God first, having integrity and honesty and just loving people!”
